- Furniture Rental: This includes a fully furnished unit package. Your unit will have common area and bedroom furniture! Items included are a full-sized bedframe, mattress, 4 drawers that fit under your bed, a night stand, desk and chair, couch, chair, 4 barstools or kitchen chairs, coffee table, and end table.
- Parking Full Tandem: An assigned, full parking space located in our gated parking structure! This parking space is meant for two cars, however, you’d be renting the entire space!
- Parking Half Tandem: An assigned, shared parking space located in our gated parking structure! This parking space is meant to be shared with a roommate or another resident. One car fits in behind the other.
- Parking Single: An assigned, single parking space located in our gated parking structure! This parking space is your very own so you don’t have to share it with anyone.
- Storage: An assigned, storage space just for you! Our storage space allows you to bring all our favorite things that you may not be able to fit in your room. If you are enjoy outdoor activities a storage unit allows you to store those items outside of your apartment home freeing up space within your apartment!
- 2x2 XL Unit Upgrade: This upgrade allows you to rent a double occupancy bedroom to yourself in our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment! This room, meant for two people, is extremely spacious. You will have two large closets, tons of room, and privacy! You would also have a private bathroom in addition to a lock and key for your room.
- 4x4 Single Unit Upgrade: This upgrade allows you to rent a single bedroom in our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment! This room, meant for one person, is the perfect size for just you! It has a private bathroom, large closet and a lock and key to your room!
- 4x4 XL Unit Upgrade: This upgrade allows you to rent a double occupancy bedroom to yourself in our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment! This room, meant for two people, is very spacious and would allow you to have two closets, tons of room, and privacy! You would also have a private bathroom and lock and key for your room.
