Nice first apartment livingsubmitted by Allison M. - |Recommended: YesIf you are a student going to school I believe this is one of the nicer places to live. The price is reasonable and there is quick entrance to the freeway. As someone who is living on their own for the first time, I think this place is pretty nice. It has all the amenities you could ask for.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback. We hope that we continue to meet your expectations.
Very messy and noisy community apartments submitted by Cristian A. - |Recommended: NoI would tell them to find somewhere else to live. This place is too noisy with neighbors and the complex in general is full of trash all around. The staff is very lazy on completing requests and there is no sense whatsoever of a management that really cares about the residents living here. The shuttle is very inconsistent and untrustworthy as there have been multiple occasions where I have had to walk home. When I moved in my apartment was very messy and unsanitary. There were things all over the place and the staff did NOTHING about it. I had to clean the place myself and there was not even compensation on lowering down my rent. Place is not worth it I would not live here ever again.
response from property -Thank you for your constructive feedback. As the new owners of the property, we are happy to learn of the areas that can benefit from improvements and will use this review to help enhance the overall resident experience.
I think this property is good. submitted by John G. - |Recommended: Yesthis is a perfect residence for a college student with easy access to school from shuttle buses.
response from property -Thank you for your review. We hope that we continue to provide you with a community you can be proud to call home.
College Area Livingsubmitted by Taylor C. - |Recommended: YesCompared to other apartments in the area, 5025 has some of the best prices for a semi-new apartment complex, but you do get what you pay for. There are definitely some flaws throughout each apartment that comes along with the wear and tear of housing college students. Overall, my experience has been pretty good. No major complains and I enjoy the opportunity to have my own room and own space. The biggest issue for me is the noise. I completely understand that college student can get loud, especially on the weekends, but I should not be able to hear the conversation that my neighbors above or next to me are having. I live in the apartment in the very back Building 3 and when people are playing basketball which is almost always when I am trying to sleep it sounds like they are playing in my apartment due to the thinnest of the walls. Other then that, I have enjoyed my stay here at 5025.

Great Apartment for student livingsubmitted by Valerie B. - |Recommended: YesI really like the apartments. They have been a perfect place for my first apartment living on my own. It's nice being so close to SDSU and it's SO NICE having my own bathroom and not having to share with all my roommates but still having so many roommates that I'm never bored and alone Love it.
response from property -Thank you for sharing this kind feedback with us. We hope that we continue to meet your expectations.

Great Community for Studentssubmitted by Brenda L. - |Recommended: YesFor the price you pay compare to other apartments near SDSU Campus the units and amenities are great for someone with a tight budget. At times it can get loud but overall is reasonable. The maintenance and office staff is friendly and helpful.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback. Please notify us of any excessive noise disturbances so we may properly address them. We are here to be of service.
Conveniencesubmitted by David V. - |Recommended: NoConvenience. The best quality of Fifty Twenty-Five. Close enough to nearly be on State's campus, and cheaper than on-campus living. If this sells you like it did me than you need to read on. Just because something is convenient does not make a great fit. Parking is available, if you pay for it, and the noise is tolerable once you get used to people playing loud music at all hours of the night like Spring Break in Cabo. I have had at least two incidents issues this past year regarding maintenance that have yet to be resolved in a timely manner. And don't bother with the staff and their professionalism , must of them work there to offset their rent at Fifty Twenty-Five Overall, Fifty Twenty-Five is what you pay for... cheap convenience. Fifty Twenty-Five has been best described by my in-laws, of whom deal with rental property associations, in that it is slum and Fifty Twenty-Five slumlords. Not the kind of slum that can you imagine, but one that deceives with its resort-style appearance only to then greet you with incompetent staff and unscrupulous business ethics.

Looks nice, but looks aren't everythingsubmitted by Allison K. - |Recommended: NoThe apartments themselves are fairly nice quality and the parking is not really an issue. But the leasing office staff often doesn't seem to know what is going on and cannot answer questions for the residents. Also the maintenance takes a long time to help the residents with issues.

Please come by the office at your convenience to hear about the positive changes coming to Fifty Twenty Five!
